It explains the contractual relationship between us and our users, the rules for account ownership and use, how promotions and payments are handled, and the steps we take when disputes arise. By creating an account you confirm that you accept these terms and any updates we publish.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Do not disclose your password or allow others to use your account. We may require identity and address verification at any time and will restrict withdrawals until verification is complete. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any changes.

Eligibility requirements

To register you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use our services in your jurisdiction. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified or where a user is located in a restricted territory.

Acceptable platform use

Use of the platform must be lawful and honest. Prohibited activity includes fraud, chargebacks, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting bots, and any action intended to manipulate outcomes or systems. We may monitor play for irregular patterns and take action where fair play is compromised, including suspending or closing accounts and voiding bets or bonuses.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and welcome offers are subject to separate terms that form part of these conditions. Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements, game contribution restrictions and maximum bet rules while wagering is in effect. Only one welcome offer is permitted per player. We may withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses and winnings where we suspect abuse, error or breach of promotional terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits must be made using payment methods available in your country. Minimum deposit examples start from £10. Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and our withdrawal procedures. Standard players may have routine limits in place; for example, daily and monthly withdrawal caps may apply. Processing times depend on the payment method and may include additional manual checks for security or AML purposes. We do not accept deposits or withdrawals from third parties.
